Providing teachers with culturally relevant educational resources such as illustrated children's Bible stories, classroom materials, teaching resources integrated with the national curriculum, practical activities and workshops for hands-on student learning; and online platforms for mutual peer learning and support.

Increased Professional Skills

Providing professional development trainings in biblical worldview and integration; and contextualized theories and strategies, including through peer-communities for good practices in the classroom.

Ongoing Classroom Support

Ensuring regular school and classroom visits for coaching and pastoral support for teachers' personal and professional well-being.

On average, it costs $300 per teacher per year, or $25 per month, for the Teacher's Garden to walk the path of personal and professional growth with a participating teacher toward being equipped with culturally relevant skills for good work in the classroom.
